Meetings

Within the framework of continuous coordination and joint cooperation between the various state institutions, a meeting was held today, Monday, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Interior, in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Affairs, the Head of the Passports, Nationality and Foreigners Affairs Department, and the Head of the Labor Market Authority at the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation, in addition to a number of advisors .

The meeting focused on the preparation of a joint working mechanism between the Passports, Nationality and Foreigners Affairs Department at the Ministry of Interior and the Labour Market Authority at the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation, aimed at regulating expatriate workers and related procedures,and exchanging data and information between the two bodies.

It was also stressed during the meeting to accelerate the pace of electronic linkage with the competent authorities to facilitate and simplify procedures.
