Within the framework of the directives of the President of the Passports, Nationality and Foreigners Affairs Department to proceed with the digital transformation plan and develop the services provided to the public, an expanded meeting was held today, Sunday, at the headquarters of the Citizen Service Center, which included officials of the Passport, Nationality and Foreigners Affairs Department and officials of the Citizen Service Center, in the presence of a representative of the Holding Company for Communications.
The meeting focused on discussing ways to enhance joint cooperation to provide and develop digital government services, specifically developing an integrated mechanism for technical and administrative support for the newly launched e-visa system.
The
meeting also dealt with the preparation of a common framework to receive and deal immediately with citizens' inquiries and complaints, and the unification of communication channels to accelerate the response to beneficiaries and ensure the stability of digital services.
At the end of the meeting, the attendees
stressed the importance of continuous coordination and exchange of information between the relevant authorities, in order to ensure the continuity of services
