In implementation of the instructions of the President of the Passports, Nationality and Foreigners Affairs Department regarding the continuous follow-up of the progress of work and the development of the level of performance in all departments and sections of the Department, the Documentation and Information Department continues its periodic efforts to identify the tasks assigned to it.

The follow-ups focused on evaluating the daily workflow within the vital departments of the Department, specifically the "Missing and Damaged Documents Section" to ensure the speedy completion of citizens' transactions and the completion of their procedures, in addition to following up the accurate tasks carried out by the "Entry Legality Section" and ensuring that all procedures are audited and conform to the approved laws and regulations.

These ongoing efforts aim to regulate the internal work mechanism and raise the efficiency of performance, in order to ensure the completion of transactions and provide the best services to citizens accurately
